What we call Astral Light exists in a state of polarity, and is the very foundation of the entire material world. One of the ways we can think of this is in realizing that in the "outer" plane the atmosphere is "illuminated" and contains forms in a highly organized structure, whereas on the "inner" plane, the atmosphere is dark and all images emerge out of it as glowing vivified light that's constantly moving and in an eternal state of becoming. This is the aspect most think of when we use the term "Astral Plane of Light" which is populated by various astral beings formed as a reflection of our own inner nature and mental projections . . .
